The program is blocked by antivirus software, will not open, or closes unexpectedly on Windows
Possible cause: 360 Security, Huorong, or another antivirus program has incorrectly identified the main program as a threat.
Solution: Check the quarantine area and restore the file. Add MFPlayer.exe to the trusted list. If the filename has been changed, rename it to MFPlayer.exe, reconnect the USB drive, and try again.
If the issue continues: Provide a screenshot of the error and the MFPlayer.log file located in Documents / My documents.
The application icon briefly appears and then disappears on Mac
Possible cause: Rosetta is not installed, or the application does not have permission to access removable volumes.
Solution: On an Apple silicon Mac, install Rosetta first. Then open System Settings → Privacy & Security, select Open Anyway, and enable Removable Volumes under Files and Folders.
Windows 11 displays “Application Control has blocked this file”
Open Settings → Privacy & security → Windows Security → App & browser control → Smart App Control settings, and check the blocking status. Please note that after Smart App Control is manually disabled, resetting Windows is usually required to enable it again.
The message “Unauthorized USB drive” appears after opening the program
The serial-number setting may be missing from Option.ini. Keep a screenshot of the error and contact the publisher or customer support for correction.
The program freezes after launch, or the opening video will not play
If the computer has an NVIDIA graphics processor, open NVIDIA Control Panel → Manage 3D settings and set the preferred graphics processor to Auto-select. If the issue continues, provide the application-error information from Windows Event Viewer.
Video playback continuously stutters on a laptop
Set Windows power mode to Best performance. The general recommendation is an Intel Core i5 processor and 8 GB of memory. For 16 Mbps high-definition video, an Intel Core i7 processor and 16 GB of memory are recommended.
There is no sound or playback does not work when using a Bluetooth headset on Mac
Some Bluetooth headsets are detected as recording-capable devices and may trigger the anti-recording protection. Disconnect the Bluetooth headset and use wired headphones or the Mac’s built-in speakers.
The video plays on Windows, but there is no sound
Confirm that the speakers or Bluetooth headset are connected correctly, and select the correct output device in Sound settings. If software such as Voicemeeter is installed, switch to a different audio-output device.
There is no background audio during playback on iPhone or iPad
Make sure Silent Mode is turned off, then start playback again.
Android TV displays a message asking for application permissions
Open Settings → Privacy → Special app access → All files access. Locate PUBLISH KING, enable permission, and restart the device from the system menu.
Programs or data on the USB drive are missing
Antivirus software or Windows Defender may have deleted the files. Provide a screenshot of the USB drive’s root directory and contact customer support to determine whether the files can be restored. Do not add, delete, or rename files yourself.
The USB drive is not recognized after being connected to an iPhone or iPad
Connect the USB drive to the adapter first, then connect both to the phone or tablet. If NFC detection does not work, turn off Airplane Mode. On iOS 26.1, use Mobile Device Compatibility Assistant on a computer to reset the USB drive first.
The application closes immediately when reopened on a Xiaomi Pad 5
Turn off the screen, wake the device, and open the application again. If a permission message appears, select OK to allow access.
Can the Authentication Edition limit the usage period or number of uses?
Yes. The online Authentication Edition can be configured for a limited period, a specified expiration date, or a limited number of logins. After expiration, the content cannot be opened, but the files remain on the USB drive.
Is reauthorization required after changing to a new computer or mobile device?
The device-change and unbinding procedure is still being confirmed. Contact customer support and provide the product or project name, information about the original device, and information about the new device.

Information for Advanced Troubleshooting
If the Windows player fails to start, customer support may ask you to provide the following file from Documents / My documents: MFPlayer.log； If the program crashes, you may also need to provide the Windows application error information from Event Viewer.
When reporting an issue, include screenshots, device information, and the complete steps performed, so customer support can diagnose the issue more quickly.
